Over Thanksgiving weekend the White House released some new photos of President Obama’s trip to Asia that took place earlier this month.  The President first traveled to Tokyo where he gave a speech on America’s relationship to Asia.  He then headed to Singapore for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit.  The President’s longest and most important stop was in China, where he held a town hall for Chinese youth and met with many Chinese leaders, including President Hu Jintao.  President Obama wrapped up the trip with a short stay in South Korea.   Here are some of the best images, and below is a gallery with all of them.

As you’ve probably heard by now, a Virginia couple snuck into the Obamas’ first state dinner.  Earlier today the White House, showing a good sense of humor, released a photo of the President meeting the couple.  Unfortunately for them, they are also being investigated by Secret Service and may have charges pressed against them.  The Secret Service is being pretty tight lipped (and is probably rather embarrassed), but I believe that potential charges include lying to the Secret Service.

It seems that this may be at least in part a publicity stunt aimed at getting Michaele and Tareq cast on the DC spinoff of Bravo’s “Real Housewives” franchise.  No word yet on whether the antics have helped their cause.
