I was very impressed when I saw this picture. It’s a great shot of the President coming through the columns on the south side of the White House on his way into the Rose Garden. The framing and timing of the shot are incredible.

Unfortunately, Chicago was not selected to host the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.  However, you may still be interested in some photos of President Obama from the event where he campaigned for the city of big shoulders.

The President traveled to Copenhagen yesterday in support of Chicago’s 2016 Olympic bid. Here are some photos of him taken during the event.

Earlier today President Obama departed for Copenhagen, Denmark where he will assist First Lady Michelle Obama in making a final presentation to the International Olympic Committee in hopes of bringing the 2016 Summer Games to Chicago.
